In our hyper-connected, internet-accessible world, the ability to search an online database of listings is not confined to realtors.
A good realtor gets out into the community, visits dozens of homes each week, networks with other realtors, listens and acts on his clients' concerns, knows the neighborhoods, schools, transportation options and the strengths and weaknesses of an area or a specific home, as well as the microeconomics and macroeconomics that drive home prices, interest rates, and lending practices, and, of course, helps buyers locate the perfect home.
A great realtor employs all of those skills, and uses constant effort and diligence to fully understand all of the variables that come into play when determining the value of a home, matches the right buyer with the right home, negotiates to get into contract, and stays on top of the countless details throughout the escrow process. A great realtor can recommend many different types of specialized contractors to help sellers prepare their home for sale or provide accurate cost estimates to buyers considering a specific home.
And when the "deal is done," a great realtor does not disappear.
I am always available for you, my client, and to your referrals. My clients refer me because they understand the value I add to the buying or selling process while adhering to the highest ethical standards in the industry.

I look forward to earning your business!
